WHEN HBG IS USEFUL

When important work needs structure.

GROWTH &
TRANSITION

HOW WE WORK

Strategy informed by implementation.

Good strategy must survive implementation. Harris Beaumont Group begins by understanding the institution, the people responsible for it, the decisions that must be made, and the conditions affecting execution. We then establish a practical path forward with clear priorities, defined responsibility, and disciplined follow-through.

01

LISTEN

Understand the institution, the objective, the constraints, and the people involved.

02

CLARIFY

Define the central issue, establish priorities, and distinguish immediate needs from longer-term objectives.

03

ALIGN

Connect strategy, authority, resources, stakeholders, and responsibility around a workable course of action.

04

MOVE

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE FIRM

Built across institutions. Tested where decisions carry consequence.

Harris Beaumont Group draws upon Michael O. Harris’s more than fifteen years of leadership across financial services, nonprofit organizations, public institutions, redevelopment, and civic life. His experience spans executive management, governance, enterprise risk, financial stewardship, resource development, land use, community investment, and the difficult work of moving priorities through complex institutional environments.

CAPITAL & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

His record includes expanding organizational funding capacity by approximately 375 percent, securing more than $1 million for small-business development, workforce initiatives, corridor revitalization, and community investment, and generating approximately $450,000 in corporate, governmental, and philanthropic support.

OPERATIONS, RISK & ACCOUNTABILITY

Michael’s foundation includes six years in enterprise business continuity, crisis management, risk, and records management within financial services. He coordinated the consolidation of more than 100,000 enterprise records following a major corporate divestiture and has led organizations through independent audits, compliance requirements, financial controls, and operational transition.

INSTITUTIONAL LEADERSHIP & GOVERNANCE

Michael has led strategy, operations, redevelopment, governance, and external affairs for public and nonprofit institutions. His work has required close coordination with governing boards, elected officials, legal counsel, financial institutions, public agencies, developers, and community stakeholders.
