BIG EXPERIENCE. SMALLER SCALE. MORE PERSONAL SUPPORT.

Harris Beaumont Group grew out of my belief that good guidance should not be reserved for large organizations with large budgets. Throughout my career, I have seen what happens when people have vision, responsibility and real work in front of them, but do not always have access to the experienced counsel, structure or strategic support they need to move forward with confidence.

I created Harris Beaumont Group to close that gap.  My vision is to work directly with founders, small businesses, nonprofits and community leaders who are building something important, navigating change or trying to make a difficult decision. They may not need a national consulting firm, another full-time executive or a large agency. They may simply need someone experienced enough to understand the situation, ask the right questions, bring order to the work and help them see the next move clearly.

Harris Beaumont Group is where I bring the lessons of leadership, service, operations and community work together to help others build with greater clarity, discipline and purpose.

CLARITY

STRUCTURE

FORWARD MOVEMENT

Understand what is actually happening and what deserves attention first.

Turn ideas, problems and priorities into organized work.

Help move from discussion to decisions to implementation.

The goal is not to make clients dependent on consultants. The goal is to leave people, projects and organizations stronger.

     FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

EXPERIENCE MATTERS MOST WHEN IT HELPS SOMEONE ELSE MOVE FORWARD.

Michael O. Harris

Founder & Principal

Harris Beaumont Group

Michael O. Harris is the founder of Harris Beaumont Group, a boutique advisory and implementation practice helping founders, small businesses, nonprofits and community leaders get clear, get organized and move important work forward.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE PRACTICE

A CAREER BUILT AROUND HELPING PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS MOVE FROM IDEA TO ACTION.

Michael's career has crossed business operations, financial services, nonprofit leadership, community development, organizational governance, public-purpose work and the United States Navy.

Across those settings, the work has often been the same at its core: understand the problem, create structure, bring the right people together, make a decision, and move the work forward.

He has led organizations, worked alongside boards and community partners, managed complex initiatives, built systems, supported teams, navigated periods of growth and uncertainty, and helped turn ambitious ideas into organized work.

Today, that experience informs Harris Beaumont Group.

Rather than building a traditional consulting firm around large teams, layers of staff and long engagements, Michael works directly with founders, leaders and organizations that need experienced guidance, practical structure and someone willing to help work through the problem with them.

“Good strategy should make the next decision clearer, not make the work more complicated.”
